GSTable ("we", "us") is a Google Sheets™ add-on operated by , . This policy explains what data GSTable accesses, why, and what we store.
1. Summary
Your invoice data (business details, customers, items, invoices) stays in your own Google Sheet and Google Drive. We do not copy it to our servers. We store only your email address and subscription status to provide the Pro plan.
2. Google permissions we request and why

3. Data we store
- Licence records: your email address, Razorpay subscription ID, subscription status and the end date of your paid period. Stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to us.
- In your own Google account: settings, a count of PDFs made this month (for the free limit) and a cached plan status are stored in Google's add-on storage linked to your account. We cannot read your sheet contents through this.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's pages and are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy. We never receive your card number or UPI PIN.
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to train AI or machine-learning models.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
GSTable's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
Your invoice data is yours. Delete the sheet or files whenever you like. To delete your licence record, email us from the same account and we will remove it within 30 days, except where we must keep payment records by law.
8. Children
GSTable is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Significant changes will be shown on this page.
